Life Stuff

I put something up! omg. I can honestly say I'll actually put up more stuff as soon as I drag things in to scan. Which might be this week. Later. Mostly, I have revisions to do so I feel like it's not worth it to actually put up something unless it's like really finished.. and I don't do strictly digital work so it takes time.

Last day of class! And summer is soon, I have projects planned so I hope to put those up too. Especially as my style has really changed and progressed this semester.

And finally, within the coming week I want to get my blog going. It'll be something I'll update during the summer, but mostly it's for my senior year and beyond..



So that's about it. Life is pretty normal!

Life Stuff

So um.

Life is busy. Being an Illustration Junior is a lot of work. That + my job, boyfriend, friends and all the things I do for my faith... take up al my time. I don't even have time to read things for my Liberal Arts classes because I'm so consumed by everything. I've pretty much disconnected myself w/the internet and especially DA because of all this. Infact I just went through 200 deviations and have like all these messages to get to.. which isn't happening. I'm in a lax class right now.. but I have other things to do and other stuff on my mind.

Anyway.. mostly a thanks in advance for comments, favorites and watches.
I have a few finished pieces but most things need to be re-worked.. or in the case of my show poster, redone traditional. Oh Matt and your high (always) expectations of me.

But expect some work up within the coming weeks. Plus a picture of my new tatt I designed and got done.

Life Stuff

Woah. Didn't update my journal for a whole semester and then some.
It was a busy one... sort of.

Anyway it's over. I am no longer a Sophmore! Now I move onto my Junior Illustration year at UArts!

So eventually I'll put up a few more good pieces from the semester. And hopefully I'll get to go some artwork for the summer, too. I wanna work on my oil painting skills more and also, stencils! I've been feeling really and truely inspired. So its pretty nice. It makes me excited!

I'll be working full time and part time with two jobs under the same boss and that should be fun. Haha. Till I go crazy anyway.

Life Stuff

Today I had my last crit!! They all went well. Nothing I really need to work on besides learning how to draw ugly people. So yeah. I'm going to do some observations of real people throughout crowded places in Philly. And online. So yeah. I'll probaly scan my observations into scraps too..

I'll try to get my work up progressively. Also, I am doing some stuff that I've been wanting to do during my no school time. But I'm also redoing my phobia and creating an ex.credit assignment for "God is a little girl who changes her mind". So yes.

Hmm... well thats all really. It was a fun semester! I've grown artistically and look forward to another fun, sleepless semester come February.
